Dr. Micol Neely, MD, MBA
Dr. Micol Neely’s passion for medicine began at the age of four, delivering puppies with her father and witnessing firsthand the wonder of life and healing. That early spark evolved into a lifelong commitment to helping others live with energy, vitality, and purpose.
After earning her MD and practicing in traditional medicine, Dr. Neely began to feel a growing pull toward preventative care—where the focus is on optimizing health, not just treating illness. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she earned her MBA from Grand Canyon University and soon after, launched Phoenix Wellness & Rejuvenation: a functional and regenerative medicine clinic rooted in whole-body wellness.
Her mission is to help people feel strong, confident, and in control of their health at every stage of life. Through personalized care plans, cutting-edge therapies, and a compassionate, energetic approach, Dr. Neely empowers her patients to rise into the best version of themselves—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
As a physician, mother, and passionate advocate for active living, she believes that growth often comes through challenge—and that a positive mindset and movement are two of the best forms of medicine.

IV THERAPIST
Kim Huynh, RN
Kim is an experienced IV therapist with a strong foundation in emergency nursing. A proud graduate of Loyola University Chicago, Kim spent nearly a decade working as an emergency RN, developing critical skills in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she traveled the country as a nurse, gaining diverse clinical experience, and strengthening her passion for patient-centered care.
Through her work and travels, Kim discovered a love for IV therapy and the important role it plays in supporting wellness and recovery. Drawing on her emergency background, she brings precision, compassion, and a calm, confident presence to every patient she cares for — always with a side of the Chicago spirit that shaped her.
Outside of work, she loves to explore new places, hit the skating trails, and stay connected to the sense of adventure that first led her into travel nursing. Above all, Kim is committed to supporting her patients' journeys and giving them the power to live well. Dr. Cecilia is committed to excellence, staying at the forefront of aesthetic medicine through ongoing education and training in the latest innovations—bringing the safest and most effective techniques to every treatment she performs.
